We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Client Acquisition Specialist (B2C) to join our team immediately in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. In this role, you will engage with new investors, introduce them to our trading platforms and services, and support them throughout their investment journey. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to acquiring clients and strong communication skills to effectively guide prospects through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients interested in stock market trading and investment. Your primary lead generation method will be outbound cold calling. You will qualify prospects by providing detailed information about platform features, tools, account types, and benefits. Assisting potential clients with onboarding procedures such as KYC, account setup, and funding will be a key part of your role. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of broking tools, investment products, and compliance requirements is essential. You will be expected to consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for sign-ups, activations, and funded accounts. Additionally, tracking and analyzing acquisition metrics like conversion rates and client retention indicators will be part of your responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of two years’ experience in retail client acquisition within financial services, stockbroking, or outbound sales is required. Proficiency with CRM software and basic data analytics is important for managing leads and tracking performance. A strong understanding of lead generation techniques and effective sales strategies is necessary. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to persuade and build rapport, are essential. The role demands resilience and adaptability, as the ability to perform well under pressure is critical.
