Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Email Scraping:
Identify and scrape relevant email leads using tools like Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Build targeted lead lists based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and industry niches.
Email Validation & List Hygiene:
Validate scraped emails using tools such as NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or Bouncer.
Ensure high deliverability by maintaining clean and verified email lists.
Cold Email Marketing:
Develop and execute cold email campaigns focused on B2B lead generation.
Write compelling subject lines and high-converting email copy tailored to the target audience.
Monitor performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, bounce rates) and iterate based on data.
Email Template Creation:
Design and maintain a library of email templates for outreach, follow-ups, newsletters, and nurturing sequences.
Customize templates to align with brand voice and campaign goals.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
Run A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, send times, CTA placements, and messaging strategies.
Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data protection regulations.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and outreach automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold email marketing and lead generation.
Proficiency in email scraping tools (e.g., Hunter, Snov.io, PhantomBuster).
Experience with email validation platforms (e.g., NeverBounce, ZeroBounce).
Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion-driven messaging.
Familiarity with email outreach platforms like Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly, or Smartlead.
Knowledge of email deliverability, domain warm-up, and inbox placement techniques.
