We are looking for a Sales Executive (Chat Base) to join our dynamic team for our Design and Development Campaign. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of proven experience on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.com. If you're passionate about generating leads, closing deals, and achieving targets through chat-based communication, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle chat-based client communication on freelancing platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.com.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for website design and development services.
Draft customized proposals and quotations according to client requirements.
Convert leads into sales through strong persuasion and solution-oriented communication.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the design and development team to ensure accurate project delivery.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience on Upwork and Freelancer.com (Chat-based Sales ONLY).
Solid understanding of Web Design, Development Services, and Industry Trends.
Excellent written English communication skills — grammar, tone, and clarity are a must.
Strong knowledge of writing winning proposals and cover letters.
Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
A proactive mindset with a go-getter attitude toward achieving goals.
Must be comfortable working night shifts.
Ability to handle multiple chats and maintain professionalism under pressure.
