We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team and help take our sales to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat.
Understand client requirements and offer appropriate embroidery and digitizing solutions.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report to the team lead/manager.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in the embroidery/digitizing industry).
Must be proficient in English (verbal and written).
Minimum qualification: Matric.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office, CRM tools).
