We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating sales by bidding on Upwork projects and managing Fiverr accounts effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a strong understanding of freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Upwork Bidding and Sales Generation:

  • Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork that align with the company’s expertise and services.
  • Write compelling and tailored proposals to attract client interest and secure projects.
  • Communicate with potential clients to clarify project requirements and provide accurate estimates.
  • Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines to close deals effectively.
  • Track and analyze bid success rates and refine bidding strategies accordingly.

2. Fiverr Account Management:

  • Create and optimize Fiverr gig listings with compelling descriptions, keywords, and visuals.
  • Handle client inquiries, requests, and revisions professionally and promptly.
  • Manage order processing, from initial communication to final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor Fiverr analytics to improve gig performance and sales.
  • Brainstorm and implement strategies to increase Fiverr account visibility and client engagement.

3. General Sales and Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster trust and long-term collaborations.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and freelancing platform updates to remain competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to craft persuasive proposals and gig descriptions.
  • Proficiency in negotiating and closing sales deals.
  • Familiarity with digital services such as web development, app development, and related fields.
