Mondelēz International is looking for a skilled finance professional to join our team and help shape the future of snacking. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Manager to handle detailed finance tasks such as transaction processing and data structuring. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collecting and verifying data, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, monitoring reconciliations, and performing basic checks and controls to support sound financial management.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute various finance planning and performance management activities, including annual contract planning, forecasting, target setting, financial reporting and analysis, financial modeling, and decision support. These tasks will be carried out within a specific scope such as a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services, or Corporate Finance team.
- Collect and validate data to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability in financial information.
- Uphold a strong controls and compliance environment by strictly following company policies within your area of responsibility.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses and support special projects as assigned by the Senior Finance Manager or Director.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively within a high-performing Finance team, focusing on both personal development and supporting the growth of colleagues.

Required Qualifications
- MBA in Accounting and Finance or ACCA certification.
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Category Finance, or Commercial Finance roles.
- Strong technical skills in financial analysis and data collection/structuring.
- Solid business acumen with a foundational understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry, local snacking markets, and experience working within a regional or large local business environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent collaboration and communication skills within a Finance team. A proactive, results-oriented team player.
- Growth mindset and digital proficiency, with the ability to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- High integrity and sound judgment aligned with company values, policies, and external regulatory requirements.

Additional Information
This role is based within Mondelēz International’s Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan business unit, which serves markets across the Middle East, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Canada. The business unit is headquartered in Dubai, UAE, and employs over 2,600 people across seven manufacturing plants and six commercial offices. Mondelēz International is a leader in key snacking categories with globally recognized brands such as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Milka, Oreo, belVita, Barni Cakes, Tang, Chiclets, Trident gum, and Halls candy. Please note that this position does not include relocation support.
