Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to their preferences and behaviors.
Content Creation and Management
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts, including images, videos, and written content, to showcase products, highlight the factory's story, and connect with consumers.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Collaborate with the production team to highlight new products, seasonal offerings, or promotions.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to build strong relationships with the online community.
- Foster a positive brand image by engaging with customers and addressing concerns proactively.
Campaign Development
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new products, seasonal promotions, or special events.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns
