An international company is looking for a skilled Control Room Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent telephone etiquette and call handling abilities. This role involves managing customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and database management, is essential. Preference will be given to candidates who live locally or are willing to relocate to the Karachi Defence Housing Society area. The position requires a dedicated and focused individual capable of working independently and collaboratively, especially under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, addressing customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Operate control room systems and maintain accurate records using IT tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and databases.
- Work on a weekly rotating shift schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic while making independent decisions when necessary.
- Ensure consistent performance and professionalism during 12-hour shifts, totaling approximately 60 hours per week.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; higher qualifications are preferred.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, call center, or control room operations.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and IT systems.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalism throughout shifts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates residing locally or willing to relocate to Karachi Defence Housing Society are preferred to ensure reliable commuting.
- Strong work ethics, teamwork capabilities, and the ability to make independent decisions are highly valued.
- The position offers 14 days of paid annual leave.
- Starting salary is Rs 52,000 per month, with opportunities for increments and promotions based on consistent professional performance.
- Full-time employment with shift work covering days, nights, and weekends at the company’s office located in Bukhari Commercial, Phase 6, DHA.
