What You’ll Be Doing
Creating and managing email campaigns that actually convert
Writing copy that doesn’t sound like copy — short, sharp, and persuasive
Scraping leads from tools like Apollo, Hunter, or wherever you find gold
Organizing and segmenting email lists to make sure we’re sending the right message to the right people
Tracking results and tweaking things to get better open and click rates
Working closely with our small (but mighty) team to support sales and marketing goals
What We’re Looking For
At least 6 months of experience with email marketing and copywriting (Including Internships)
Someone who loves writing and can explain things clearly and persuasively
You’ve used (or are comfortable learning) tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Hunter, etc.
Detail-focused and self-driven — you don’t wait around for instructions
Comfortable with basic analytics (e.g., open rates, CTRs, A/B testing)
Bonus Points If You...
Have worked in B2B or SaaS outreach
Understand email deliverability best practices
Have experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Mailchimp
