Your expertise in advanced performance management systems and metrics will be instrumental in driving overall employee performance while ensuring diversity and inclusion within the workplace. A solid background in HR analytics will enable you to translate data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and improve organizational culture.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Lead and manage a small team responsible for key HR functions, ensuring effective performance and development.
Foster a culture of employee engagement through innovative programs and initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
Utilize HR analytics to assess organizational needs and improve performance management systems across the company.
Design and execute change management strategies to effectively support organizational transitions and transformations.
Oversee the development and implementation of leadership development and succession planning programs to nurture future leaders within the organization.
Collaborate with department heads to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure and enhance employee performance.
Ensure that diversity and inclusion practices are integrated into all HR policies and initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
Monitor performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Stay current with HR trends and best practices, ensuring that the companys HR strategies remain competitive and innovative.
