This is a full-time afternoon on-site job for both Males and Females, Your role will be Customer Sales Executive
Your responsibilities will be as below
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Report Management on software and phones to manage customer calls effectively.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Generate leads through Website, and Facebook marketing by posting posts in groups and answering queries of clients in messages.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assist clients in understanding the products and services offered by us
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with a team of 20 to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.
- Meet performance metrics and targets set by management to drive team success.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and suggestions to improve customer service processes
