We are seeking a skilled Senior WordPress Developer who will be responsible for full-stack development, including both front-end and back-end functionalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress / CMS architecture, customization, and optimization, along with a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to implement UI/UX principles and create visually appealing, user-friendly websites.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend website functionality.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and security.
- Manage website migrations, deployments, and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress websites.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (5+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with WordPress themes, page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi, wpbakery), and custom plugin development.
- Experience with e-commerce websites, customized product pages
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Experience with REST API integrations and third-party services.
- Knowledge of website optimization techniques (e.g., caching, CDN, image optimization).
- Experience with website migrations, deployments, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Knowledge of SCSS.
Work Schedule:
- Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- Days Off: Saturday & Sunday.
