Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for motivated male and female candidates to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This full-time, in-person role requires individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable working night shifts. Candidates currently residing in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, or those willing to relocate, are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service through voice communication channels.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues during night shifts.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets set by management.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality service.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English are preferred.
- Reliable availability to work night shifts.
- Residency in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, or willingness to relocate prior to starting work.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn company systems.
- Previous experience as a voice agent is preferred; however, freshers are welcome to apply.

- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 100,000 per month, depending on performance and experience.
