We are looking for a committed full-time professional to join our team in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, to manage content and customer engagement across various e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on posting content, responding to customer comments, and providing chat support to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales growth. The position is office-based with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
Manage content posting and actively respond to customer comments on multiple e-commerce platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Daraz, TikTok, and the company website. Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing audience engagement and boosting sales performance. Track orders and maintain accurate reporting to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide chat support across all e-commerce channels, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze sales and customer service data to generate reports that inform business decisions and improve service quality.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in content management and customer engagement on e-commerce platforms is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with customers and team members. The candidate should have the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive audience growth and sales. Proficiency in order tracking and reporting tools is required. Experience in providing chat support and handling customer service inquiries professionally is important. Candidates must be available to work full-time, Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and be willing to work on-site at the office location in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi.
