Marketing Specialist - Meta / TikTok / Google Ads

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and scale ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads with a strong eye on ROAS and CPA. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s analytical, creative, and driven—and open to learning email marketing and CRM as part of their growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage full-funnel ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
Conduct detailed audience segmentation, testing, and retargeting strategies
Work closely with the creative team to brief and iterate on ad creatives (static, video, UGC)
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and testing insights
Handle pixel setup, event tracking, and performance reporting
Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes
Learn and support email marketing and CRM initiatives over time

You Must Have:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing paid media campaigns
At least one professional recommendation from a previous employer
Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and CTR
Strong understanding of TOF/MOF/BOF funnel structures
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Willingness to learn continuously and expand skillset into retention marketing
