Credit Control Manager

Daddymart.pk is seeking a diligent and competent Credit Control Manager to oversee the credit control department. This position requires a strong background in financial analysis and accounts receivable management, with a focus on risk assessment and maintaining attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least three years of experience in credit control or a related field. As the Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of three individuals, ensuring effective collection processes, optimizing cash flow, and mitigating financial risks within the organization. Your strategic decision-making abilities and strong interpersonal skills will be essential in maintaining positive relationships with clients while maximizing the companys revenue streams.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures to minimize financial risk and optimize cash flow.
Supervise and manage the credit control team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to evaluate the creditworthiness of customers and set appropriate credit limits.
Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and addressing any discrepancies or disputes promptly.
Generate regular reports on cash flow, aged receivables, and credit performance metrics, presenting findings to senior management.
Collaborate with sales and finance departments to align credit policies, support business objectives, and maintain customer relationships.
Assess customer payment histories and trends to make informed decisions regarding credit extensions and adjustments.
Identify and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce outstanding receivables.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and credit transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Resolve any escalated issues with clients concerning credit, payment terms, and outstanding invoices efficiently.
