We are looking for a meticulous Data Analyst to oversee master data management, user roles, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of imported data. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting report development, managing the reporting environment, and assisting with data warehouse projects. This position requires handling sensitive information, troubleshooting reporting databases, and providing training to end-users on new reports and dashboards. Additionally, the Data Analyst will offer technical expertise in data storage, mining, and cleansing, while supporting strategic decisions regarding software and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage master data by creating, updating, and deleting records as necessary.
- Oversee user management and define user roles within the system.
- Ensure the quality of imported data, working closely with quality assurance analysts when needed.
- Responsibly commission and decommission data sets.
- Handle confidential data in accordance with established compliance guidelines.
- Assist in the development of reports and perform detailed data analyses.
- Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security protocols, and metadata management.
- Support data warehouse initiatives by identifying and refining reporting requirements.
- Promote data integrity and normalization across datasets.
- Evaluate, test, and implement new or upgraded software solutions, contributing to strategic system decisions.
- Generate reports from single or multiple data systems.
- Troubleshoot issues within the reporting database environment and resolve report-related problems.
- Assess the impact of changes and updates to source production systems.
- Train end-users on new reports and dashboards to ensure effective adoption and utilization.
- Provide technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing techniques.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to assess risks and requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate existing tools and databases and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, non-technical language.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale databases and working with large data sets.
- Solid understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This full-time, on-site position is based in Jauhar Block 15, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The salary range for this role is Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month.
