Key Responsibilities
Data Entry Functions:
Accurately input and update information in various company databases and CRM systems.
Review, verify, and validate data from source documents.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information.
Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Assist with compiling and generating reports from entered data.
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or some college coursework preferred.
1+ year of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and web-based tools.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot) is a plus.
Excellent typing speed (45+ WPM) with high accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
