As a Sales Representative for Twitch, Discord & Twitter, you will engage with potential customers, assist them in the sales process, and help drive conversions. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via Discord chat, answering inquiries about products/services.
- Guide customers through the sales process, providing product details and helping them make purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone while interacting with users.
- Keep track of sales, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports to management.
- Respond promptly to customer messages and resolve any issues or questions.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Promote special offers, discounts, and new products/services to increase sales.
- Manage Discord server channels and handle sales conversations effectively and professionally.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track customer interactions and sales.
- Familiarity with Discord is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work Evening shifts (12:00 PM to 08:00 PM).
