5. Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive showroom display, ensuring a welcoming customer experience.

6. Operations: Manage showroom operations, including staffing, budgets, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven experience in furniture sales and management.

2. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of furniture products and industry trends.

The ideal candidate should be results-driven, customer-focused, and able to lead a team to achieve sales and operational goals.
