We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Executive to manage and implement our social media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to engage with our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust content and strategy accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines across all social media platforms.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media strategies.
Excellent content creation, writing, and editing skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
Certification in social media marketing or a related field.
