We are seeking motivated, results-driven individuals to join our team as Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, promoting our products/services, and closing sales opportunities. You will use your excellent communication skills and sales expertise to build strong customer relationships, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions that meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries or sales requests
- Present products and services clearly and effectively to persuade customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain customer records and update sales information in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (call center experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
