Key Responsibilities:

Supervise inline, end-line, and final inspections to ensure conformance to product specifications.
Lead a team of QC inspectors and train them on inspection protocols and defect identification.
Monitor daily quality performance and provide on-the-spot feedback to production teams.
Identify product defects and ensure proper segregation, rectification, or rejection.
Work closely with production supervisors to minimize quality-related rework.
Maintain inspection records and report daily quality findings to relevant departments.
Ensure packing quality meets buyer standards before shipment approval.
