Merchandising / Product Sourcing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Merchandising & Product Sourcing Manager who can lead the product sourcing and merchandising functions for our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding the right products, negotiating with suppliers, onboarding new brands, and aligning them with our eCommerce platform in a smart, data-driven way.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and source products globally (China, UAE, Hong Kong, etc.) in Imaging, Audio, Mobile, and Electronics categories.
Build and manage supplier/vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and trade terms.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential products.
Coordinate product onboarding, cataloging, descriptions, pricing, and media for eCommerce platform.
Work with the marketing and sales team to align campaigns and promotions with merchandising strategy.
Ensure consistent stock availability and SKU-level inventory planning.
Drive category performance through data analytics and consumer insight.
Explore new technologies, brands, and partnerships to expand product range.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in product sourcing or merchandising, preferably in an eCommerce or electronics business.
Strong supplier negotiation and cost analysis skills.
Good understanding of eCommerce tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, or Amazon.
Excellent skills in Excel, product cataloging, and English communication.
Passion for tech and gadgets is a plus!

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 (based on experience)
