We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and brand development in the food retail space. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for food branding, a strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing, and a proven track record in driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Build and strengthen brand identity across all channels
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM)
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams for promotional campaigns
  • Manage marketing budgets and analyze ROI on campaigns
  • Oversee creative direction for packaging, advertisements, and promotional material
  • Track consumer trends and competitor activities
  • Manage external vendors, media agencies, and influencers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food retail or FMCG industry
  • Proven ability to lead successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of both digital and offline channels
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills
