We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Leader to spearhead our sales efforts and contribute significantly to our company’s growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales plans, leading a motivated sales team, and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients. This role demands a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed corporate sales goals. Lead, mentor, and inspire the corporate sales team to achieve individual and team objectives. Work closely with senior management to align sales initiatives with the company’s broader business goals.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify new business opportunities within the corporate sector and actively pursue them. Build and maintain lasting relationships with key clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering customized solutions. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase products and services while addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.

Team Management:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing corporate sales team. Set clear performance targets, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous growth. Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment focused on sales excellence.

Market Analysis and Reporting:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in corporate sales with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Must have own bike for work-related travel.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Remuneration and Benefits:
- Competitive market salary with commission and additional benefits.
- Fuel allowance capped at Rs 18,000 per month.
- Communication allowance of Rs 2,000 per month.
