We are seeking a young and energetic, self-motivated individual to manage our global-level projects. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and results-oriented professional with a passion for delivering successful projects. This role demands a well-rounded individual with a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects of software development.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and manage changes effectively.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and report on project progress to management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Technical Understanding:
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Strong understanding of web cutting-edge technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js)
- Strong understanding of different software architecture technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development phases: requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment.
- Strong understanding of Git (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Understanding of SQA (Software Quality Assurance) for application testing.
- Understanding of database design principles.
- Understanding of system design concepts.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Understanding of app deployment in cloud or on-premise servers.
- Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles.
- Understanding of Social Media Marketing strategies.
- Understanding of email marketing best practices.
