Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's technology strategy to drive innovation and enhance competitive advantages.
Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, promoting skill development and encouraging a culture of excellence.
Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture, ensuring optimal performance and security of all technological platforms.
Collaborate with other executive members to align technology initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations.
Manage the budgeting process for IT investments and ensure cost-effective technology deployment.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of technology systems and team performance.
Foster partnerships and collaborations with external technology vendors to leverage innovative solutions.
Ensure that the company's technological processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding technology strategies and performance updates.
