We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to lead and enhance our online advertising and SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and driving organic search growth. This role involves developing, executing, and continuously refining digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing website traffic, improving conversion rates, and strengthening overall online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube platforms to maximize traffic and conversions.
- Manage targeted advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, focusing on A/B testing and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO activities such as on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and technical audits to sustain and improve high rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in analytical tools including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets efficiently and measure return on investment (ROI).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of producing clear and insightful reports.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.

This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs80,000 to Rs150,000. The role requires in-person attendance, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2025. Candidates should be ready to commence work within one week of offer acceptance.
