WPP Media, a global leader in media investment and part of the creative transformation company WPP, is looking for a Digital & Performance Manager to join its team in Pakistan. This role centers on developing and executing digital and performance strategies for major clients, including L'Oréal. The successful candidate will work closely with local and regional teams to identify new revenue opportunities and implement innovative approaches. The position offers collaboration with leading publishers such as Google and Facebook, as well as the chance to explore emerging digital platforms, contributing to the growth of some of the country’s largest brands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Wavemaker’s Private Marketplace (PMP) offerings to improve performance and search capabilities. Design and implement performance strategies tailored specifically for L’Oréal. Drive digital initiatives that align with Wavemaker’s overall business objectives. Conduct capability-building workshops and create playbooks to strengthen team expertise. Work alongside client teams to establish benchmarks and standards across multiple channels and media types. Define project scopes and recommend strategic approaches for major performance-driven client projects in collaboration with account and digital leads. Serve as a trusted advisor on performance strategy to both internal client leads and external clients. Lead discussions on integrating digital performance marketing within the broader digital marketing ecosystem. Develop and publish formal frameworks and methodologies for digital assignments within Wavemaker. Participate in new client acquisition efforts and business presentations when appropriate. Manage initiatives aimed at promoting digital and performance marketing knowledge within the organization. Provide coaching, professional development, and training to staff to uphold and enhance performance standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university or an equivalent qualification. Minimum of two years’ experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, and campaign optimization. Practical, hands-on expertise with META, Google, and TikTok Ads Managers. Strong client handling, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced understanding of marketing and advertising concepts, including marketing funnels, profit maximization, consumer journey planning, media metrics (CPM, CPV, CTR, CLV), retargeting strategies, and data analytics. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Background in business administration (BBA) from a recognized institution.
