You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our clients’ Amazon accounts, from listing optimization to customer support, PPC management, and both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience on the Amazon platform and a proven track record of leading a team responsible for managing multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart. This role requires a strong leader who can thrive in a corporate environment, ensuring both high-level strategy and day-to-day operations are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Listings Management: Create, optimize, and manage product listings to enhance visibility and drive sales.
  • Account Operations: Oversee daily Amazon account operations, ensuring full compliance with Amazon policies and industry best practices.
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and professional customer support through Amazon Seller Central and other communication channels, effectively handling queries, complaints, and returns.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across FBA and FBM, coordinating restocks to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
  • PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts,customer support, PPC and branding for e-commerce operations on multiple platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart..

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent work experience in the e-commerce industry will also be considered.

Key Skills:

  • Amazon Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazonproduct's branding.
  • Multi-Platform Expertise: Experience managing eBay, Etsy, and Walmart accounts alongside Amazon, with knowledge of best practices and operations across each platform.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer support skills with the ability to manage queries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
  • PPC Management: Demonstrated experience in planning, managing, and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize profitability.
  • Cost Management: Ability to analyze operational costs and improve overall profitability through strategic planning.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and external client interactions.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce analytics tools and performance tracking software.
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO, advanced listing techniques, and optimization strategies.

Timings: 10:00 pm to 06:00 am

Location :Karachi, Pakistan.
