Videographer / Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer / Graphic Designer with experience in website management to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives on bringing compelling content to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and social media reels for marketing purposes.
Develop content scripts and visual storyboards aligned with brand campaigns.
Schedule and manage posts across all social media channels.
Stay current with trends in Instagram Reels, TikTok, and emerging content formats.
Design and share professional, brand-consistent content for our LinkedIn presence.
Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content supports overall marketing goals.
Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut for design and editing.
Maintain and update the company website with fresh content and visuals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in video production, graphic design, digital advertising, social media management, and website maintenance.
Proficient in creative tools and platforms (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
In-depth understanding of social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Skilled in professional content shooting using gimbals, cameras, and mobile devices.
Experience with podcast editing and audio tools is a plus.
Ability to conceptualize, plan, and deliver full campaign workflows.
Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
