We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Telesales Representative to promote and sell our real estate projects over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a proven track record in telesales or telemarketing. This is a target-based role, and the candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Dreamdoor Marketing’s real estate projects.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and conversions.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on Dreamdoor Marketing’s projects, pricing, and promotions.
Provide accurate and detailed information to clients.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and progress toward targets.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve company goals.
Customer Service:
Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
