We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Telemarketing Agent with a clear, neutral, or North American English accent to join our growing B2B sales team. Your role will involve reaching out to home renovation and construction contractors across Canada and the U.S., introducing them to our platform, and booking them for interviews or onboarding calls. You must be comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing introductory sales or appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound B2B calls to home contractors (general contractors, plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc.).
Introduce our service and clearly communicate its value proposition.
Generate interest and book Zoom or phone calls for follow-up or onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in our CRM.
Follow up with leads via phone, SMS, or email as needed.
Hit daily/weekly targets for call volume and appointments booked.
Provide feedback from calls to help improve scripts and strategy.
Requirements:
Fluent English with a clear, professional accent (North American or neutral preferred).
1+ years of telemarketing, sales, or B2B customer service experience.
Confident phone presence and excellent communication skills.
Able to handle objections and close on appointment-setting calls.
Familiarity with contractors or the home improvement industry is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
Basic computer and typing skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
