Order Fulfillment / Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Order Fulfillment & Data Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, stock management, and smooth communication with the warehouse, customers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Order Processing:
- Process online store orders and prepare them for fulfillment.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete for bringing orders to the warehouse.
Drop Shipping Management:
- Process and fulfill drop shipping orders directly to customers.
- Collaborate with drop shipping vendors to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
Bulk Data Management:
- Manage bulk product and order data using CSV files.
- Regularly update and maintain accurate records for inventory, orders, and customer details.
Order Tracking & Management:
- Monitor and track all orders from placement to delivery.
- Communicate with shipping carriers and vendors to resolve any shipping or delivery issues.
Email Communication:
- Coordinate with the internal team, warehouse staff, and vendors via email.
- Address customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, and product availability in a professional and timely manner.
Stock Management:
- Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with vendors to replenish stock and manage reorders based on customer demand and stock levels.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
Ability to manage and organize bulk data efficiently using CSV files.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in order tracking and logistics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in order processing, fulfillment, or eCommerce operations.
Basic knowledge of shipping processes and stock management systems.
