We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Industrial Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes, systems, and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing current workflows, reducing inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and supporting productivity, quality, and cost-reduction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze production processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Design and implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and optimize productivity.
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures.
Develop process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
Use simulation software and data analysis tools to model process improvements.
Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment.
Proficiency with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
Experience with CAD software, ERP systems, and industrial engineering tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above).
Experience with automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
