Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and objectives that align with Edversity's goals and mission.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 operations professionals, focusing on their development and performance.
  • Optimize existing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Conduct SWOT analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, guiding the strategic planning process.
  • Utilize forecasting tools to anticipate operational challenges and opportunities, developing actionable plans accordingly.
  • Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Implement risk management frameworks to minimize potential operational risks and improve resilience.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to help the organization adapt to new methods and processes seamlessly.
  • Engage in clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational objectives and performance.
  • Regularly review and analyze operational performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.
