Responsibilities:

Design and implement cost-effective training programs, develop schedules, and select appropriate training methods while maintaining updated training records
Assess training needs, oversee and enhance training materials, conduct onboarding sessions, and evaluate team performance to ensure applied learning
Foster open communication, gather feedback, report on training effectiveness, and coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure alignment with company standards
