Petty Cash Management

Manage petty cash for market purchases.

Procurement Management

Handle the procurement of local market items, including cash management and requisitions on ERP.
Maintain records of approved, pending, and draft requisitions for market items in ERP.

Salary Distribution

Distribute salaries (in cash) to workers.

Government Liaison and Compliance

Arrange meetings with Government personnel.
Ensure documentation for compliance with Labor and Health & Safety laws.

Administrative Team Supervision

Provide supervision for the Admin Team.
Oversee management-related issues, including housekeeping, fleet management, and security arrangements.

Staff Recruitment and Development

Recruit, orient, and train administrative staff.
Develop and enforce administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

Workforce Management

Manage workers effectively.

Security Management

Ensure security protocols and measures are implemented and maintained.

Record-Keeping and Monitoring

Supervise and manage in-and-out records for employees, visitors, and materials.

Event Planning and Organization

Plan, organize, and supervise annual events and company-wide events.

Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement in administrative systems.
