• Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and HR compliance. This role requires a strong leader who can align HR strategies with organizational goals and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • HR Strategy & Planning:

      • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s goals and values.
      • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment between HR practices and business objectives.
    • Recruitment & Talent Management:

      • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
      • Manage succession planning, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.
      • Ensure effective onboarding processes for new hires.
    • Employee Relations & Engagement:

      • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, offering guidance and resolving conflicts as needed.
      • Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
      • Foster a positive work environment that promotes open communication and mutual respect.
    • Performance Management:

      • Oversee performance appraisal systems and assist managers in setting goals and providing feedback.
      • Monitor and support employee performance and provide recommendations for improvement or development.
    • Training & Development:

      • Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
      • Support career development and leadership training initiatives.
    • Compensation & Benefits Management:

      • Oversee the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with company policies.
      • Manage employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
    • HR Policies & Compliance:

      • Develop and maintain HR policies that comply with legal requirements and company values.
      • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
      • Manage employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
    • HR Reporting & Data Analysis:

      • Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights into workforce trends and make informed decisions.
      • Prepare reports for senior management on key HR performance indicators (KPIs), including turnover, hiring trends, and employee satisfaction.
    • Team Management:

      • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing support and guidance in their professional development.
      • Ensure the efficient operation of the HR department through effective team management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
    • Proven experience in managing and developing a high-performing HR team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations.
    • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
