We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resource functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and employee onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Oversee performance management and staff evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven HR experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools/software.
