We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resource functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes. • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievances.
• Oversee performance evaluations and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
• Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement programs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven HR experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management software/tools.
