Superior Estimates & Architectural Designs (SEADs) is a fast-growing construction estimating company serving contractors across the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. This role is focused on designing and executing impactful email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, increase conversions, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of construction estimation, enabling effective communication of our specialized services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. Manage and segment email lists to deliver personalized and targeted communications. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure email marketing efforts support broader marketing initiatives. Stay informed on the latest trends, best practices, and technological advancements in email marketing. Design and execute structured follow-up email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain prospect interest. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversion metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness. Maintain and update CRM or lead-tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date data management.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years’ experience in email marketing is essential. Strong proficiency with email marketing platforms is required. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are necessary to interpret campaign data and improve outcomes. Exceptional written communication skills in English are a must. The ability to work independently, particularly during evening or night shifts, is important for this role. A bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates must be based in Lahore, preferably near Samanabad. Prior experience in a construction estimating firm is highly desirable, and applicants should be prepared to provide relevant experience and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Hunter, GMass, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms is an advantage. The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 60,000 per month. Additional allowances include fuel and house rent (HRA). Commission incentives are provided based on successful lead conversions. Employees are eligible for a dual salary bonus upon completion of six months, along with monthly and annual performance bonuses.

This is a full-time, contract position for a duration of 12 months, requiring in-person attendance at our Lahore office.
