We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer (MEP) Male or Female candidate to join our team in Islamabad immediately. If you have a passion for precision, strong analytical skills, and a drive for excellence, we invite you to be part of our growing organization.
Position Details:
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Monthly Salary: PKR 55,000 – 75,000 (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for MEP projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and related documents.
- Collaborate with design and project management teams for accurate forecasting.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical /Engineering or DAE in related field.
- 2+ years of relevant estimation experience in the MEP sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Performance Goals:
- Deliver 95%+ estimation accuracy for all assigned projects.
- Meet 100% tender submission deadlines.
- Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities in at least 20% of estimates.
