We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide range of products. The Warehouse Manager will ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Ensure proper inventory management and accurate documentation.
- Maintain health and safety standards, hygiene, and security in the work environment.
- Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitor staff performance and progress.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments.
- Manage warehouse layout and space optimization.
- Maintain warehouse KPIs and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations regarding warehouse activities.
- Control operational budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Salary: 60k to 65k
Time: 10:00AM to 7:00PM
