We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Engineer in Multan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong B2C and B2B relationships to expand the company's customer base.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to initiate early contact and diagnose their energy needs.
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solar energy solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct site visits and provide accurate energy assessments.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Meet sales targets and bring in new business to drive company growth.
Key Requirements:
- Education: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales position, preferably in the energy or engineering sector.
- Location: Must be based in Multan.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hardworking, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for bringing in new business.
- Ability to diagnose customer energy and solar needs effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
