We are seeking a fluent English-speaking Marketing Cold Caller to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, persistent, and passionate about lead generation and customer outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients across various industries
Introduce and promote our services or products
Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
Update CRM with call outcomes and follow-up activities
Meet or exceed weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

Demonstrated success in a sales closing role, consistently exceeding targets with 2–3 years of proven experience.
Track record of effectively selling IT solutions or services, ideally within the digital marketing or SEO industry.
Exceptional cold calling abilities, including lead generation, appointment setting, and closing deals.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a talent for handling objections and navigating sales challenges.
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed performance expectations.
Capable of leading and managing a team of 4–5 sales agents.
Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and concepts is an added advantage.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable working with scripts and CRM software
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
