Provide Level 1 support for networking issues
Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining client networks
Work with technologies like routers, switches, and firewalls

Document configurations, issues, and solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of CCNA-level Routing and Switching
Basic experience with next-generation firewalls and F5 technologies
Good command of spoken and written English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to learn and grow with the company

Prior experience supporting international clients
