Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily correspondence with export clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Support product development, sampling, costing, and timely order execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics for production and delivery timelines.
- Prepare quotations, maintain sales records, and update trackers in ERP/CRM systems.
- Arrange necessary testing and certifications from local and international labs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring quality service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 2–3 years in an export-oriented textile unit.
- Education: BSc in Textile Engineering or MBA in Marketing/Supply Chain from an HEC-recognized institution.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience with ERP and CRM tools preferred.
General Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
- Excellent customer handling, email writing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of merchandising, costing, and order management.
