Lead Sales & Operations for Sewing Thread and Yarn, ensuring business growth.
Handle customer quality concerns, visit client locations to resolve on-floor complaints, and coordinate with production teams for quality improvements.
Expand market reach by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets set by the Head of Department (HOD) while maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Extensive traveling is required to meet customers, resolve issues, and enhance brand positioning.
